We especially appreciated the attention to detail — from the leather chairs to the beautifully presented menus. As for the food, it’s everything you’d hope for in a premium steakhouse. The steaks were cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, with classic sides that complemented the meal perfectly. Service was excellent — professional, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-quality dining experience in a sophisticated setting. Ruhlman’s easily rivals any big-city steakhouse — it just happens to be in the heart of Ashland.

We tried Ruhlmans for the first time at Sunday brunch. The service and food were just stellar. Probably the best country fried steak I've ever tried. The person in our party who got chicken "tenders" felt like they were entire 1/2 breast pieces and she had 4 of them. Cinnamon roll tasted homemade. I had the yogurt parfait and it could have fed multiple people. Absolutely fresh fruit, amazing granola. Everyone was very happy. The portions were well worth the plate price. Our server was attentive but not obtrusive and very knowledgeable. We'll be back for steak dinners!

I have to give a huge shoutout to Sean at Ruhlman's steakhouse in Ashland, NE and their incredible staff! We wanted to surprise our Alpha Tech guys with a special employee-appreciation outing; a steak dinner with their team, followed by brews at Ashland Brewing Company. I asked Sean if they could create a custom signature drink for the guys and have it waiting at the table when they arrived. Not only did they deliver, but they went above and beyond. They came up with an awesome signature drink, printed this below for each place setting- including pur company logo, and even added Hot Wheels on the table for a fun touch. If you’re looking for a fantastic steak dinner or a memorable company outing, I can’t recommend them enough.

Our first experience at Ruhlman’s Steakhouse was as good or better than my wife and I were expecting. Food was great. Service by your team was above & beyond excellent. We felt Kanin (our waiter) showed genuine appreciation for all his table guests as we watched him and the entire staff serve throughout the evening.

The place is amazing, the service is impeccable, and the meat is juicy and tender. The dessert is very good. The wine too! I highly recommend it! One tip: if you're a couple, ask for a larger table.
